The office will be closed on the following Holidays:
New Year's Day, Good Friday, Memorial Day, July Fourth, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day.
Please note for July Fourth, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day: When a holiday falls on Saturday, the preceding Friday shall be observed as the holiday, and when a holiday falls on Sunday, the following Monday shall be observed as the holiday. When Christmas Day falls on Saturday, the preceding Thursday shall be observed as the Christmas Eve holiday. When Christmas Day falls on a Sunday or Monday, the preceding Friday shall be observed as the Christmas Eve holiday.
Winter Weather Warning
Travel during winter can be hazardous due to snow, ice, extremely low temperatures, and wind chill factors. These conditions may make client and staff travel unsafe and can lead to cancellation of in person appointments.
In-person appointment cancellations will be based on the closure of the Sturgeon Bay Public Library. If the Sturgeon Bay Public Library is closed, the physical office, located at 185 E Walnut Street will also be closed. For assistance with room tax reporting or other questions, the listed number and email communications will still be available.
