Our office is open by appointment from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm Monday - Friday.

Winter Weather Warning

Travel during winter can be hazardous due to snow, ice, extremely low temperatures, and wind chill factors. These conditions may make client and staff travel unsafe and can lead to cancellation of in person appointments.

In-person appointment cancellations will be based on the closure of the Sturgeon Bay Public Library. If the Sturgeon Bay Public Library is closed, the physical office, located at 185 E Walnut Street will also be closed. For assistance with room tax reporting or other questions, the listed number and email communications will still be available.
